The Stay Fresh Giveaway (SKIVE Golf x Strokes Gained): Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE EARNS BONUS ENTRIES, BUT A FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF EARNING BONUS ENTRIES IS AVAILABLE (SEE RULE 6). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING RHODE ISLAND) WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

1. Sponsor. SKIVE GOLF, 13517 E 67th St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 (hello@skivegolf.com) ("Sponsor"). Prize partner: Strokes Gained, which contributes the hydration prize listed in Rule 7. Entries are collected and tracked using the UpViral platform. Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify Inc. and UpViral are not sponsors of, and have no involvement in, this giveaway (the "Giveaway").

2. Eligibility. Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, and are 18 or older. The Giveaway is void in Rhode Island, in U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and of Strokes Gained, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Each person may enter only on their own behalf and under a single identity.

3. Entry period. The Giveaway begins October 16, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends October 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter (free). During the Entry Period, visit giveaway.skivegolf.com and submit your name and email address to receive one (1) entry (a "Base Entry"). Limit one (1) Base Entry per person and per email address. If there is a dispute about who submitted an entry, it will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used. Entries generated by script, bot or other automated means, or using duplicate, fake or disposable email addresses, are void, as are all entries of anyone found using them.

5. Bonus entries. After submitting a Base Entry, you may earn additional entries ("Bonus Entries"), credited to the email address used for your Base Entry:

  • Refer a friend: +25 entries for each friend who submits a valid Base Entry as a new entrant through your personal referral link. Self-referrals and fake or duplicate accounts do not count.
  • Share the Giveaway: +15 entries for sharing on Facebook and +15 entries for sharing on Instagram, one time each.
  • Follow on Instagram: +12 entries for following SKIVE Golf and +12 entries for following Strokes Gained, one time each.
  • Browse: +10 entries each, one time each, for visiting the SKIVE golf glove collection, the SKIVE polo collection and the Strokes Gained hydration page through the links on the entry page.
  • Make a purchase: +100 entries for every $50 spent at skivegolf.com during the Entry Period using the same email address as your Base Entry. Spending is totaled across all of your orders placed during the Entry Period and is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping and gift card purchases. Only full $50 increments count (for example, $149 in total spending earns 200 entries). Purchase Bonus Entries are credited by Sponsor by matching order email addresses to entry email addresses, and will be added before the drawing (they may not appear on your entry page right away). Spending on canceled, returned or refunded orders does not count. A friend's purchases do not earn the referrer entries.

Bonus Entries are optional. A Base Entry is eligible to win whether or not you earn any Bonus Entries. Sponsor may verify Bonus Entries at any time, including at the drawing, and may remove any Bonus Entry that cannot be verified or that appears automated, purchased or fraudulent. Removing a Bonus Entry does not affect your Base Entry.

6. Free alternative to purchase Bonus Entries. To receive 100 Bonus Entries without buying anything, you must first have submitted a Base Entry. Then hand-print on a plain piece of paper or postcard your full name, the email address used for your Base Entry, and the words "Stay Fresh Giveaway Free Entry," and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with first-class postage to: SKIVE GOLF, Stay Fresh Giveaway Free Entry, 13517 E 67th St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Requests must be postmarked by October 27, 2026 and received by October 30, 2026. Limit one (1) request per person, earning 100 Bonus Entries. Mechanically reproduced or bulk requests are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due or misdirected mail.

7. Prizes. Grand Prize (1): thirteen (13) SKIVE golf gloves (approximate retail value ("ARV") $364); seven (7) SKIVE golf polos (ARV $560); two (2) SKIVE rope golf hats, two (2) SKIVE magnetic golf towels and one (1) SKIVE divot tool and ball marker (ARV $146); and three (3) bags of Strokes Gained hydration stick packs and one (1) Strokes Gained metal hydration bottle, contributed by Strokes Gained (ARV $130). Total Grand Prize ARV: $1,200. Glove designs, hand and sizes, polo sizes and hydration flavors are chosen by the winner, subject to availability.

Referral Prize (up to 1): if the Grand Prize winner submitted their Base Entry through another eligible entrant's personal referral link, as recorded by the entry platform, that referring entrant wins a prize identical to the SKIVE gloves, polos, hats, towels and divot tool listed above (ARV $1,070). The Referral Prize does not include the Strokes Gained prize.

Added prizes: Sponsor may add prizes, provided by Sponsor or contributed by partner brands, during the Entry Period. Each added prize, its provider and its ARV will be listed in these rules before it is announced, and applies to all eligible entries. Prizes will not be removed or reduced. Partner-contributed prizes may be shipped by Sponsor or directly by the contributing partner. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash equivalent or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ARV figures are estimates; any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded.

8. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and the number of entries you hold.

9. Winner selection and notification. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 31, 2026. The Grand Prize winner and any Referral Prize winner will be notified by email on or about October 31, 2026 and must reply within seven (7) days with a shipping address, prize preferences and a completed IRS Form W-9. If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Prizes ship to a U.S. address within approximately 30 days after Sponsor receives the winner's information.

10. Taxes. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes. A prize valued at $600 or more requires a completed IRS Form W-9 before delivery, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.

11. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize the winner agrees that Sponsor and Strokes Gained may use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Marketing and privacy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor at the email address you provide. Consent is required to enter but is not a condition of any purchase, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing after you enter does not affect your entries. Personal information is collected by Sponsor and handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy at skivegolf.com/policies/privacy-policy.

13. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, Strokes Gained, UpViral, Shopify Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok, and each of their owners, employees and agents, from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

14. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, uses fake or multiple accounts, abuses the referral system, or violates these rules. If fraud, technical problems or other causes beyond Sponsor's control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify, suspend or extend it and may select a winner from eligible entries received before that action.

15. Governing law and disputes. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

16. Platform release. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Shopify Inc. or UpViral. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not to those platforms.

17. Rules control. If there is any conflict between these Official Rules and any advertisement, email, text message, social media post, entry page or widget text about the Giveaway, these Official Rules control.

18. Winner list. For the winners' names, email hello@skivegolf.com with the subject "Giveaway Winner" by December 31, 2026.
